The physicians of Orthopaedic Specialists of Texas are committed to helping and supporting our community. OST are the team physicians for the Fort Bend, Alief, Stafford and Houston ISD Schools which include Austin, Hightower, Elkins, Dulles, Kempner, Travis, Taylor, Hastings, Elsik, and Stafford High School. You will also see our physicians in your local emergency room. They cover Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, Sugar Land Surgical Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, and West Houston Medical Center emergency rooms. Some of our physicians are also involved in charitable foundations. Dr. Chris Smith is involved with Operation Rainbow. He and his assistant, along with his family will be flying to Ecuador in May. Dr. Smith gives his time to perform orthopaedic surgeries on children who do not have access to medical care in the United States. Dr. Charlotte Alexander is involved with the Shriners Children Hospital in Houston, Texas. She performs hand surgeries on children that are in need of reconstructive surgery due to traumatic injuries.
