History
Houston Orthopaedic/Sports Medicine Associates and the Southwest Bone & Joint Clinic have merged into Orthopaedic Specialists of Texas.  OST, the largest group of board certified and fellowship trained specialists in Sugar Land, Texas, was formed to provide general and sports related orthopaedic care for Sugar Land, Houston, and the surrounding areas.  OST has an excellent reputation with both national and international referrals.

In addition to general orthopaedic surgery, our sub-specialties include hand and upper extremity, foot and ankle, sports medicine, arthroscopy, cartilage transplant, total joint replacements, and diseases and deformities of the spine. 

OST also provides rehabilitation services.  Your care is under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists, Aquatic Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Athletic Trainers.  These professionals are trained to care for your entire rehabilitation needs including post-operative and non-operative care.
